According to Fantasy Book News & Reviews Patrick Rothfuss, author of The Name of the Wind has just sent a ginormous copy of his first draft of the second novel to his editor. Good news for those of you waiting for the next book.

I have been kind of holding off on reading the first book because the second one is so slow in surfacing! I really want to read it, though!
Kailana~ I've the first book as well. I think I'm going to wait until a release date is announced before I read it though.
